Return policy. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So if the size doesn't fit, or if you simply change your mind, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. The despatch date can be found on the shipping confirmation email that you have received.

Please email hello@paizoshoes.com and state your order number and products that you would like to return and we will send you further information. 

We do not cover the cost of returns as we are a small business. Please return your items tracked or signed for as we cannot accept liability for lost parcels.

All items must be returned in a saleable and unused condition with original PAIZO tote bag included to qualify for a return. 

Cutlery sets can only be refunded if the seal is still attached. We unfortunately cannot accept a return if this has been opened for health and safety standards. 

Exchange policy.
