Will I be charged for duties & taxes?
Since the 1st of January 2021, UK trading laws have changed. There are new UK VAT laws that affect the sales of goods from GB to the EU. All orders will now be subject to import VAT.
This means there are additional charges for orders being sent to the EU and Worldwide

How long should I expect for delivery?
We want you and your little adventurer to enjoy your new Paizo items as soon as possible so there’s no time to waste. Here are our expected delivery times:
- UK Delivery - standard delivery - 2-5 working days
- Europe Delivery - tracked delivery - 3-5 working days
- Worldwide Delivery - tracked delivery - 5-7 working days
Happy little feet are all we want, so we always do all we can to get your delivery to you within the expected time, however, sometimes delays are outside of our control. If you’re experiencing a delay please contact us at hello@paizoshoes.com and we’ll be more than happy to help you.
What should I do if I receive my order but it’s damaged?
We take special care to make sure everything we send to our customers is packaged so that it arrives in perfect condition. However, if something goes wrong in transit we will do our best to help.
Firstly, if the package looks damaged when you receive it, please report it to the delivery driver. After this, if you open the package and find the item is damaged please contact us at hello@paizoshoes.com and we’ll provide further details.
I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?
If you’re waiting for your Paizo delivery and your expected delivery time has passed, we’re here to help. We can look into the tracking and let you know where your delivery is. Please send us an email at hello@paizoshoes.com.
How do I find the right size for my child's feet?
Finding the perfect fit is so important for growing feet. We have a handy size chart that you can take a look at to help you choose the right size.
If you want to get the most accurate fit, remember to measure your child's feet by downloading and using our printable size guide and comparing it to the chart to get the most comfortable fit as little feet grow quickly.
My payment isn’t being processed, what should I do?
As much as technology helps us with many day-to-day tasks, like all of us, it can have its down days too. If your payment is not being processed, first check there are no extra security steps in place by your bank. If this doesn’t resolve the issue please contact us by email at hello@paizoshoes.com and we’ll be happy to resolve the problem together.
Can I return my purchase if it doesn't fit, or if I change my mind?
Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So if the size doesn't fit, or if you simply change your mind, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please check our full returns & exchanges policy for more details.
What should I do if I want to exchange my item?
f the size you ordered doesn’t fit right and you’d like to exchange for another size, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Before sending your item back please email us at hello@paizoshoes.com and we’ll reply with full exchange details.
What materials are Paizo shoes made from?
Our shoes are proudly vegan, sustainable, and eco-friendly. We use high-quality recycled PET materials that create the look and feel of leather. We use sustainable and organic cotton and ensure that all materials used are kind to the environment and little feet too.
Are Paizo shoes durable?
Yes, our shoes are durable, they are made for kids after all. But like with most things, they are not indestructible. To keep them at their best they need a little care from time to time. Find out more about how to care for your Paizo shoes here.
How can I care for Paizo shoes?
There are different ways to clean and maintain different styles of shoes. For our leather styles shoes, there are some protective sprays or polishes that are typically used on real leather but can be used on our shoes too.
Paizo shoes made of canvas and organic cotton can be kept looking fresh and clean by hand washing them.
Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, we take the environment seriously and are proud to say that our packaging is zero-waste and plastic free. We send each pair of little shoes in a handmade organic cotton tote bag. We hope our handmade bags will make it on many adventures with you and your little explorer.
Are Paizo shoes suitable for children with wide or narrow feet?
We understand that each child is unique, and their feet come in various shapes and sizes. Our shoes are designed to provide a comfortable fit for most foot types. Always remember to measure both the length and width of your child's foot to find the perfect size.
